You can trust Refreshed Home Living to get your items seen and sold!  We accept upscale consignments from individuals, interior designers, model home builders, and even other furniture/decor stores. With a convenient location in the heart of St. Johns County north of Saint Augustine, plus a heavy focus on social media presence, an online store, and many other marketing advantages we are one of the top consignment stores in Florida.

Here Is How It Works!

     As a general rule, anything we accept must be current in style and in very good condition, i.e. you could buy a similar item from a furniture or decor store.  Items are generally priced at 30-60% off of the original retail price, taking into account the brand, condition, and our in-depth experience.  Brands that sell well for us include Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen, Pier One, HomeGoods, Wayfair, Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware and Ballard Designs.  Send photos of items you would like to consign to: info@refreshedhomeliving.com

     We accept consignments Tuesday – Friday, 10 am to 4 pm and Mondays and Saturdays by appointment only.

Unloading help is available.

     We use independent delivery and pick-up firms, and their rates vary.  We request 24 hours notice prior to receiving large items so that we have space allocated for it.
